Now Hiring Coaches McGee's Volleyball Academy (MVA) isinterviewing coaches immediately for the upcoming club season. Tryouts will be held in October and November, so I'd like to hire several coaches by the end of September. I expect considerable growth from last year in participants and teams. Whether you're an experienced coach, a former player with little or no coaching experience or you're looking for a change of club scene, MVA has a spot for you. McGee's Courts 4 Sports is located in Mason, Ohio at 854 Reading Road, just south of Snider Road. Practices and tournaments will be held at C4S which features six raised wood basketball/volleyball courts, padded spectator seating and plenty of parking.
New Classes Available
Classes will be held on Wednesdays for 10 weeks beginning September 10th for approximately 45 minutes each. MVA’s Director of Volleyball, Coach Baines will be conducting the classes. Coach Baines has been involved with volleyball for 17 years and coaching boys and girl’s high school and club teams for 12 years. Beachballers– Ages 5 & 6 cost is $85 per athlete
Intro to volleyball using beach balls and a six foot net
Bump– Ages 7 & 8 cost is $100 per athlete
Intro to volleyball using “Volley-Lite” volleyballs and a six foot net
Set– Ages 9 & 10 cost is $125 per athlete
Intermediate skills using a “Volley-Lite” volleyball and a seven foot net
Spike– Ages 11 & 12 cost is $150 per athlete
Advanced skills including team concepts using a “Volley-Lite” volleyball and a seven foot net
